About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer (up to 3 years of experience) to join our team on-site in preparation for a new project starting in April (depending on company schedule).

While waiting for the project kickoff, you will contribute as a supporting engineer on ongoing projects involving React, Python/Java, and AWS. While our current projects involve modern web technologies and cloud platforms, we highly value engineers with a strong learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects using React, Python/Java, AWS, and related technologies.
  • Prepare and contribute to a new project launching in middle 2026, focused on modern web technologies and cloud solutions.
  • Participate in Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to team development through pair/mob programming and code reviews.
  • Continuously improve processes and adopt new technologies within the team.

Who We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).
  • Experience with back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site during the 2-month probation period.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to pursue, certifications like AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.

  • Salary range: 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 VND.
  • 13th-month salary and salary assessment twice a year to reward your efforts.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Screening Call (Online): A short interview to discuss your experience, skills, and interest, ensuring expectations align.
  2. Technical Interview (Offline): A deep dive into technical skills (React, AWS, serverless), architecture, and problem-solving. This may include a live coding challenge.
  3. Cultural and Team Fit Interview (Offline): Assesses your fit within our team, agile experience, and independent working style.
  4. Final Interview with Management (Online or Offline): A discussion with leadership regarding long-term fit, career goals, and salary expectations.

Note: We may combine the Cultural/Team Fit and Technical interviews on the same day depending on scheduling.
