About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer (4+ years of experience) to join our team on-site. Because we have no upper limit on experience for this position, we are looking for the right fit—whether you are a highly independent mid-level developer ready for more ownership, or a seasoned senior engineer looking to make an architectural impact.
You will play a pivotal role in preparing for and architecting a new project launching in mid-2026. While waiting for the project kickoff, you will take ownership of features and provide high-level contributions to ongoing projects involving React, Python/Java, and AWS. We highly value engineers with a strong learning mindset who can navigate ambiguity and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ongoing projects using React, Python/Java, AWS, and related technologies, taking full ownership of complex features from end to end.
- Architect, prepare, and lead technical initiatives for a new project launching in mid-2026, focused on modern web technologies and cloud solutions.
- Actively participate in and help guide Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Elevate team development through pair/mob programming, rigorous code reviews, and mentoring Junior engineers.
- Continuously evaluate, propose, and implement process improvements and new technologies within the team.

- Proven experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Holding technical certifications like AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect, or a willingness to pursue them.
What You’ll Receive
- Highly competitive salary, negotiated based on your actual experience and interview performance.
- 13th-month salary and salary assessment twice a year to reward your efforts.
- Hybrid Work: Option of 1 day of remote work per week after the probation period .
