A New Chapter Begins: Moving to WeWork E-Town Central

It’s been just a few months since I joined atWare as a software engineer, and I already have a story worth sharing — the tale of how we packed up from our cozy office at Dreamplex Nguyễn Trung Ngạn and moved into a bright new home at WeWork E-Town Central.

The move kicked off in the last week of May. Thanks to detailed planning, everything went surprisingly smoothly. Still, the day was filled with energy and emotion: bubble-wrapping monitors, packing up personal items from our desks, helping each other with cables and chairs, and enjoying the moment as a full team effort.

Goodbye to the place that welcomed me

The Dreamplex office may not have been the largest, but that was part of its charm. In a smaller space, you quickly get to know everyone — and even a walk to refill your water could turn into a casual chat or joke.

  • Friendly receptionists who greeted us with an unwavering smile
  • Weekly happy hours with local snacks that brought everyone together
  • Bright, clean desks that made it easy to stay focused

Even as a newcomer, I felt instantly at home. On moving day, everyone pitched in: unplugging devices, sharing bubble wrap, taping boxes, and saying goodbye to a space that had served us well.

Hello WeWork — sleek, modern, and full of energy

Walking into WeWork E-Town Central was a whole new experience. My first thought? We’ve really upgraded.

Everything exuded professionalism — from the friendly front-desk staff to the clean, modern design throughout the building. Natural light filled our new space, and the wider layout made the entire environment feel more open and relaxed.

Shared spaces that spark creativity

  • Open lounges with couches and high tables for casual syncs
  • Phone booths for quiet calls or deep focus
  • Unlimited coffee and tea, plus cold water and ice whenever you need it
  • A steady buzz of productivity mixed with moments of calm

And yes, happy hour is still a thing — only now it comes with a WeWork twist. Think snacks, drinks, and sometimes games or music shared across teams and industries. These casual events remind us that collaboration often starts with connection.

A better space, a better rhythm

The move gave me a new rhythm to my day.

I now sit at a desk with a view of the city below. At 9 AM sharp, I head to the shared coffee bar for my free WeWork coffee — a small daily routine that helps kick off the morning right.

Inside our private office, the setup works really well for both collaboration and quiet focus:

  • Wider desks and open layout for comfort and space
  • A dedicated meeting room for focused discussions and planning
  • Internal breakout areas for short syncs or casual chats

As we settled into the new space, we also decided to make it our own. We added a sofa and floor mats for relaxed meetings, brought in a coffee machine for our favorite brews, installed a whiteboard for team brainstorming, and set up a new TV we now use to display meeting content, share music, or play a movie during breaks.

After-work chilled vibes

Work officially wraps at 5 PM, but that doesn’t mean the team disappears right away.

WeWork offers free beer on tap in the evenings, and sometimes we stay behind to relax, chat, and unwind. These after-work hangouts are a great chance to decompress, talk about more than just code, and build stronger connections — the kind that make work feel more like a team journey.

A space that matches our ambition

This move isn’t just about a new location. It’s a signal that we’re growing — in size, in mindset, and in ambition.

Dreamplex gave us a great foundation. But now, in a space designed for modern teams, we can work more comfortably, collaborate more freely, and push new ideas even further.

WeWork gives us room to stretch, to experiment, and to aim higher. From the quiet corners to the collaborative lounges, every part of the space supports our goals and energy as a team.

More than just four walls

What’s surprised me most is how quickly my perspective shifted.

In just a few weeks, I’ve felt more motivated, more responsible, and more proud of the work we’re doing — and of being part of this team. The new office didn’t just change where we sit. It’s already shaping how we grow, how we connect, and how we move forward together.

So here’s to our next chapter at WeWork. Let’s make it count — one coffee, one commit, and yes, one after-work beer at a time.
