Together Run, Together Fun

Last 2 weeks, our team joined a running event together for the very first time — and it turned into a heartwarming and memorable day for all of us.
The inspiration came from Jack, who loves running and happened to discover the OMO Family Run. The event combined running with family-friendly activities and live music performances, creating the perfect blend of fitness and fun.
Jack encouraged colleagues to join, not only to exercise but to enjoy an energetic day together. With our company generously supporting the participation fee, the plan came smoothly — and soon, a team of enthusiastic members was ready to hit the start line.
Before the race, we gathered early — and were pleasantly surprised to see our director, Gene-san, come to cheer us on.
Although he shared that he wasn’t confident about completing the 7km distance this time, he still made the effort to come early, support the team, and share a few encouraging words. His presence was a meaningful gesture — a reflection of leadership, care, and the spirit of togetherness we value so much.
He even promised, “Next time, I’ll run with everyone.”

From the starting point to the final kilometer, the race was filled with fun moments. The route featured several creative activity stations that kept everyone energized and smiling. Together, we encouraged one another, shared laughter, and enjoyed a refreshing break from our daily work routine.

Crossing the finish line became a moment of shared pride. Each participant received a medal — a simple but powerful symbol of effort, perseverance, and team spirit. Just when we thought the surprises were over, we found our director waiting at the finish gate. We thought he had already gone home, but he had only taken a short lunch break and came back to celebrate our finish. His support truly made the day even more special.
This event marked a happy start to our company’s Healthy Activities series. It brought us closer, helped us recharge, and reminded us how fun it is to do things together outside of work. We hope to join more events — and connect with more people in the community. We’d love to meet you in the next run too!
